How to Create a Brand Identity – Feminine Brand Without Script Fonts

03:19
Want to create a feminine brand identity, but without pink or script fonts? It's totally possible! You can have a feminine brand without the obvious design choices that so many people use. At the end of the day though, your brand can be feminine because of the pictures you choose and the way you talk. It's not just about your brand fonts and brand color choices. Those things definitely can help, but it's not the ONLY solution. To create a feminine brand, use rounder edged fonts, pastel colors, or even bold colors. --- ► Make sure to subscribe for future videos! ► website: http://www.jesscreatives.com ► facebook: http://facebook.com/jesscreativesdesign ► instagram: http://instagram.com/jesscreatives --- Videos edited by: http://www.easypeasystudio.com Music: http://www.purple-planet.com

Brand identity guidelines. A walk through guide of a brand identity / logo guidelines document.

07:11
I've had many requests to do a video where I run through an example of a brand identity guidelines document. So, I am happy to oblige :) Brand identity or logo guidelines as they can often be referred to; are a useful way of quickly accessing technical details about your logo such as colour codes and font types. They are also a way of making sure that your logo is always presented in the way that it is intended, no matter who is using it. Stay Creative! Free Fonts versus Paid Fonts - Which is best?

08:15
You’ve got this great idea for a new piece of marketing. You’ve pulled together the images, the layout is great, and then you need to choose a font. This is where a lot of people ruin all their hard work through a poor choice of font. The right font choice can make your marketing piece epic, or, make it look like a dog turd. In the same way that colour and imagery affect emotion in your design, fonts and typography can too. One of the biggest decisions is, "Do I need to spend money on a font or can I use a free one?" There are pros and cons to both, so let's find out what they are. Blog version of this video: https://pixelsink.com/free-fonts-versus-paid-fonts Stay Creative! Bynder Brand Identity Guidelines Tour

03:36
Our brand guidelines module acts as a style guide to help to enforce brand consistency within your organisation. Finding information within the brand guidelines module is quick and easy. Elements of your brand such as your logo, fonts used on the website and the colours that form your brand are segmentable. This means that the user can find guidance on the part of the brand they're dealing with, as fast as possible. In the past, brands have been constrained to hosting their brand guidelines on a pdf, or another form of static document. This means that whenever the brand guidelines are updated, the pdf must be redistributed to all parties concerned. With the Bynder brand guidelines module, the brand guidelines are hosted in one easily accessible place. This means that any changes are automatically available to all stakeholders, without the need to redistribute the brand guidelines. Sharing the brand guidelines with other members of your team has now been made easier. By clicking a share icon within the brand guidelines, an email window will appear with a link directly to your guidelines. Converting the guidelines to pdf is also an option within the module. This might be useful if you want to share the guidelines with an external stakeholder, such as a PR agency, to ensure that your branding stays consistent across their work too. Brand guidelines can also integrate with the Bynder digital asset management module. This opens up a whole avenue of ways to easily import assets into your brand guidelines. The inclusion of these visual assets means that the guidelines offer a more in-depth understanding of how your brand should be presented. For example, the different backgrounds that your logo should not be presented on, as well as the specific font type and text colour that your brand requires.

Gaziantep Font City Branding Case - I Mean It Creative

02:26
Gaziantep, the sixth largest Turkish City, situated at the Turkish-Syrian border, had been dealing with a refugee crisis of epic proportions. The City, which has a population of 1.5 million, was pressured to absorb 300 thousand refugees. Such a rapid population boom threatened the survival of the millennia-old Gaziantep cultural heritage. I Mean It was hired to pronounce, protect, and promote the culture of the city. Upon completion of the strategic process, we kicked off the design phase to create a holistic brand identity, which also included creating a custom-made font for the brand. The proprietary font, which we named, “Gaziantep,” was based on a particular grid system. To ease the adoption, we made the typeface available to the public free of charge. Download the font here.

Best Company Brand Logo Design Inspiration | Corporate Identity Using Helvetica

02:19
It's Cool! Best Company Logo Brand Design Inspiration | Great Logos Ideas For Corporate Identity Using Helvetica Exactly what isolates a great corporate identity logos in a standard, mass-circulated typeface from a genuine imaginative brand logo outline? One of them is non specific and fundamentally useless, while the other is (ideally) an impactful, vital, skillfully made, frequently extremely costly work of graphic design. That’s way we need corporate logos. In this post, we'll take a gander, best case scenario Company Logo Brand Design Inspiration all got from Helvetica. That is not as much as half of the huge brand logo design concept out there whose corporate character depend on this textual style. In any case, a great inspecting regardless—one that shows how a solitary typeface can function crosswise over organizations. The outcomes are shifted: some scarcely take after Helvetica Font any longer by any stretch of the creative logo design. While others change the typeface just somewhat. As we'll see, however, even modest alterations of kerning (the space between letters) or ligatures (associations between letters), also shading, can have an immense effect. Logo Design Mistakes to Avoid

02:00
Logo design A logo helps in creating brand identity for a company. Logo is the first thing a reader may notice before reading the entire text. For any brand logo is an important element because they are the major graphical representation of an organization. The combination of colors, fonts and images provides the essential information that the company wants the customers to identify. This identity sticks to the brand for the rest of its existence. The unique values and services are presented in a memorable visual image. This uniqueness helps in distinguishing a particular brand from others in the competitive market. A logo displays the overall essence of the business and portrays that the business is professional, stable and reliable. A logo must be simple, memorable, timeless, appropriate and versatile. In actuality it is not an easy task to develop a simple logo. It is really a challenging job. Certain things need to be considered while developing a logo for a brand. Logos should be distinctive and easy to spot, the visuals used should be appropriate for the company and moreover the font should be legible Say goodbye to amateur designers. It is important that logo should be developed by some professional designer who has the capability to understand the real needs of the company, what it wants to deliver to the customers and how it wants the information to be perceived. Using the paint tools or pictures editing applications, one may be able to get the job done initially at petty price but eventually this will incur huge costs later. It is designing and not two minute noodles Proceed only if you are absolutely clear with what you want and what you don’t. this is critical so that the designer can use all his skills, ability and creativity in the right direction. Giving a second thought once the logo has been developed becomes meaningless. A typography can cause an issue Text only logos create the readability issues. How? This is your brand, it’s known to you very well. So what about the others who are new to your brand. Putting your company name in a swirly font can look fancy but if it is not comprehensible, it loses its significance. It must be made sure that the fonts clearly reads out the company’s name. Mind the pixel track Four general categories of logos exist: textual, illustrated, symbolic and a combination of these three. Textual logos use recognizable words as the logo (example: Walt Disney). The words appear in unique fonts, shapes and sizes. Illustrated logos are an illustration used as a logo (example: Pepsi-Cola’s red, white and blue circle). Symbolic logos tend to be abstract in design and can work well internationally (example: Nike’s swoosh). Combination logos are any mixture of the other three types (example :FedEx, whose textual logo also contains the arrow symbol in the white space between the capital E and the x) Accordingly the logo needs to be able to work in wide variety of sizes – from a business card to a billboard, a letter head to a pamphlet. To put everything in line make sure logo uses vector-based graphics that use geometrical primitives based on mathematical expressions. A vector graphic can be magnified by any amount without losing the quality which ensures a high-defined logo with a lot more flexibility. Don’t follow the trend, be a trendsetter Strategic planning gives a competitive advantage over rivals in the market. If you enter into market with the ideas that are already prevailing in the market, you are certainly not going to enjoy the benefits. It becomes very important that you come up with creative and innovative ideas. You need to create a new trend which others will willingly follow. Keep focus and not favorites in mind The client may ask to develop the design as per his favorite colors, designs, or any other such thing. It should be realized that a logo can’t be developed with these aspects. One has to think about think about what business is about, what needs will be served, how it will be perceived. Over excitement generally leads to too artistic or abstract designs which may not be graspable by all. Fonts Fonts in a logo design stand very significant. Be it a text oriented logo, symbolic logo, or a logo with a tagline, the fonts need to be checked. They should be relevant to the category and consumer and must be aligned. Usage of too many font styles is not recommended as it diverts the attention from main content and purpose. For more on Logo Design, write to us: [email protected]

For more from Michael Bierut on graphic design, check out his book "How to use graphic design to sell things, explain things, make things look better, make people laugh, cry, and (every once in a while) change the world": http://www.amazon.com/How-Michael-Bierut/dp/0062413902 Subscribe to our channel! http://goo.gl/0bsAjO About once a month, there's a new logo to fight about on the internet.
