Mark and Heather are at the BEST Swim Centre in Mallorca and bring your their top tips for beginning your open water journey. Here are their 9 top tips for open water swimming: - Equipment: Buy a wetsuit that fits well to prevent fighting it or carrying lots of water in it. Make sure you can be seen with a bright coloured hat and ensure you have a good set of googles to be able to see the course and any dangers ahead. - Safety: This is paramount in open water swimming. Swim at a proper venue with water testing and make sure to swim with someone else or have a spotter on the side. Also, familiarise yourself with the course entry and exit point before jumping in. - Warm up: It can be difficult to warm up when the water is cold so limbering up before can make a big difference. A few press ups and arm swings will suffice. - Climatization: Sit on the edge with your feet in the water and splash some on your face to get your body used to the cold water. - Lie on your back: Enter the water slowly to allow your body to get used to the temperature change. A good way to relax is lie on your back and take several deep breaths to control your breathing. - Rescue: Should you find yourself in difficulty in deep water then roll on to your back and wave to catch someone attention. - Confidence: Build confidence by taking it one step at a time. Step one is to fully submerge whilst blowing bubbles do ensure you can control your breathing. - Start slowly: Don't rush in to a long swim, especially if you are new to the open water. Swim to a buoy a short distance away, then take a break before continuing. - Finally.... ENJOY IT! The female brown Aspin was found drifting in the Gulf of Thailand on Friday. It is unknown whether the dog swam the astonishing distance from the shore, or jumped off a boat at sea. Oil rig worker Khon Vitisak saved the dog and a cage was built to lift her on to a passing boat. She was taken to vets in Songkhla today and was deemed healthy. And for this they don't have to make great discoveries or compose symphonies. They simply do absolutely incredible things in a different way. They challenge themselves and the forces of nature to show that the human body is capable of great things. Seeing these characters in action is more interesting than any popular television series. But, like any good series, these stories are still great if you see them some time after they appear. So who are these people who have achieved the impossible?

How Do You Stay Sane for Months at Sea? | The Swim

How does long-distance swimmer Ben Lecomte maintain his sanity during his daily eight-hour swims, and can a complex computer model track it? How Millions of Microscopic Fibers Are Ending Up In Our Bodies - https://youtu.be/Bbg0L7JN15U Read More How Marathon Swimmers Stay Sane During Their Lonely Swims https://sports.vice.com/en_ca/article/537mnb/how-marathon-swimmers-stay-sane-during-their-lonely-swims "Through all the training, the early mornings, the feedings, the grueling kilometres Olympic swimmer Stephanie Horner and her comrades rack up, almost nothing can prepare them for mowing through arduous loads and working long periods in isolation in the pool. It's just them and a chlorinated haze of water. Isolation has the potential to produce athletes that become bored, often finding it difficult in executing the repetition required to progress to the next level. It can also force a swimmer to give up during competition or quit altogether." But before we rush to measure every human attribute in real time, it would be a good idea to ask: When is more data actually useful to promote and ensure better health? And when does technology add true value to health care? The results have been mixed. May A.I Help You? https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/11/14/magazine/tech-design-ai-chatbot.html "TWO YEARS AGO, Alison Darcy built a robot to help out the depressed. As a clinical research psychologist at Stanford University, she knew that one powerful way to help people suffering from depression or anxiety is cognitive behavioral therapy, or C.B.T. It’s a form of treatment in which a therapist teaches patients simple techniques that help them break negative patterns of thinking. C.B.T. is not difficult to learn, but it’s more effective when it includes regular check-ins with a therapist — which, as Darcy knew, isn’t feasible for most people. Maybe they can’t afford it; maybe they’re too busy; maybe they avoid treatment because it seems stigmatizing to them." ____________________ Ben Lecomte's historic swim across the Pacific Ocean is a feat that can’t be missed. 9 Places You Should Never Swim (Never Ever!)

10:52
How to Stay Safe While Traveling. No matter how well you can swim or dive, there are places you should definitely avoid and never visit while traveling to stay safe. Some have treacherous underwater rocks, flows, and tides, while others have gained notoriety for the legends of monsters and mysterious creatures dwelling in their depths. In this video, you'll learn all about the most dangerous and terrifying bodies of water you should never ever go swimming in. The Strid 0:50 The River Wharfe in Yorkshire, England has an extremely narrow part called "the Strid", which is a local variation of "stride". The Wharfe itself has an extremely strong current, and due to the narrowness of the Strid, that current gets even stronger in this area. That same powerful current has also weakened the banks of the Strid and undercut them from below. People who were unlucky enough to fall into the Strid or ignorant enough to try and enter the water were instantly pulled to the bottom. Over the years, nobody who’s gotten into the river has ever made it out alive. Kipu Falls 3:07 Kipu Falls, until they were closed to the public in 2011, were an extremely popular place for swimming and diving. Witnesses recount some swimmers peacefully bathing in the pool at the bottom of the falls that simply drowned without any obvious reason. They just all of a sudden disappeared under the surface never to be seen again. The locals believe that the water spirit Mo'o drags people down because it doesn't like to be disturbed by noisy tourists. Hanakapiai Beach 6:26 Hanakapiai Beach looks deceptively like a paradise on Earth. The biggest danger that would most likely lead to your untimely demise is rip currents. They’re so powerful that even the most experienced swimmer in the world wouldn't be able to get out of their deadly embrace. And due to the geography of the area, if you get caught in a rip current, you won't be able to find a safe place to swim towards: the nearest safe beach is 6 miles away. Exploding Lakes 8:29 There are 3 exploding lakes known to people so far. Lake Monoun and Lake Nyos in Cameroon and Lake Kivu in Rwanda. These lakes appeared over pools of magma separated by a dam of volcanic rock. From time to time, magma releases methane and carbon dioxide right into the water. In 1984, 37 people suffocated to death at Lake Monoun. And in 1986, an explosion on Lake Nyos killed 1,700 people and 3,500 livestock. Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS The Strid 0:50 Horseshoe Lake 2:05 Kipu Falls 3:07 The Samaesan Hole 4:33 New Smyrna Beach 5:38 Hanakapiai Beach 6:26 Berkeley Pit 7:44 Exploding Lakes 8:29 Pustoye Lake 9:20 SUMMARY -The River Wharfe in Yorkshire, England has an extremely narrow part called "the Strid" with an extremely strong current. -Horseshoe Lake is super dangerous due to carbon dioxide breakouts that kill the surrounding trees and every living thing in the vicinity. -Witnesses recount some swimmers peacefully bathing in the pool at the bottom of the Kipu Falls that simply drowned without any obvious reason. -The Samaesan Hole is situated in a high-traffic zone for huge oil tankers, and there are extremely strong currents around this place. -Lots of fish live in the waters near New Smyrna Beach, and all this prey attracts sharks. -The biggest danger that would most likely lead to your untimely demise at Hanakapiai Beach is rip currents. -Berkeley Pit, an artificial lake in Butte, Montana, literally looks like a lake of blood thanks to heavy metals like cadmium, arsenic, zinc, lead, and copper leaking from the rocks surrounding the lake. -Exploding lakes in Cameroon appeared over pools of magma separated by a dam of volcanic rock. From time to time, magma releases methane and carbon dioxide right into the water. -No one knows why exactly there’s absolutely no life neither in nor around Pustoye Lake, but a fact remains a fact. Pteropods: Swimming snails of the sea

02:46
The pteropods are a fascinating group of snails that spend their entire lives swimming or drifting in the ocean and never touching the bottom. Pteropoda means wing-foot referring to their muscular foot that has evolved into a pair of wings allowing them to take advantage of the Earth’s largest habitat, the open ocean. There are two distinct types of pteropods – those with shells and those without. The shelled pteropods produce a net of sticky mucous to passively collect and eat marine snow. The pteropods without shells are all carnivores and as far as we know, feed solely upon the shelled pteropods. The pteropods are a widespread and diverse group, and play an important role in the oceanic food web. However, the increasing acidity of the ocean leaves the fragile pteropod shells vulnerable to dissolving, challenging the health and growth of these species. These impacts may reach beyond pteropods to the variety of animals, including fishes, sharks, squids, and marine mammals that eat them. Swimming with a Whirlpool! (Ocean Whirlpool)

02:02
Thank you for subscribing and liking my videos http://www.youtube.com/user/whirlpoolhitman?feature=guide Be Awsome and follow on facebook... https://www.facebook.com/Whirlpoolhitman?skip_nax_wizard=true "Whirlpool" How to Swim in Rough Conditions It's windy and raining time to postpone the triathlon? Not likely. Sooner or later, you're going to be swimming in rough water. But don't fret: An ability to manage waves can ultimately be an advantage. If you're adept at battling waves, it could be a significant upper hand against less wave-resilient opponents. And, if you ever need to breaststroke away from a shipwreck, a healthy ability to navigate stormy seas could end up being a real lifesaver. To start, you're going to need to know how to breathe. In the open water, however, an incorrect breathing style could quickly leave you with a stomach full of salt water. That's why open water swimmers need to coordinate breathing with the conditions. If waves are coming in from your right, breathe left. If blinding sun is coming in from your left, breathe right. This might be trickier than you think, especially if you've spent years in the pool breathing to only one side. Before you tackle rough water, go to a pool and swim a few laps while breathing only on the side that you find least comfortable [source: Murphy]. In rough weather, waves, wind and spray also mean that you'll have less of a window in which to pull in air -- so be sure to make every breath count. Right before surfacing, exhale all of the air in your lungs. That way, when you come up for air, you'll be able to breathe in more quickly. Sometimes, instead of battling the waves, it pays to swim under them. If you get hit by a particularly hard wave, you may be forced to dog paddle to recover, wasting valuable energy in the process. By ducking under those waves like a dolphin, you'll avoid getting jostled often and your rough water swims will be much less frustrating [source: Keppeler]. If a wave is relatively small, save energy by simply hopping over it. Or, if it's small enough that you can just crash through it, simply turn sideways and hit the wave with your hip or shoulder. Do it properly, and the wave will simply pass around you. Warming up before a swim is a good idea in all weather conditions, but it's especially important in rough seas. Get in, splash around, try a test sighting anything that will give you a good idea of water temperature, visibility and current. That way, long before the starting gun goes off, you'll be able to adjust your goggles, suit and swim plan as necessary.

Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - If you look off the western coast of France, you’ll see the Isle of Rhe. The coolest part about it is what you see just beyond the shore: square waves. This strange wave pattern looks like a giant chess board over the ocean. - When two different swells coming from opposite directions meet, it’s known as a cross sea. This is what generates these square waves you see near the Isle of Rhe. - Because these two seas have totally different weather conditions, a unique pattern emerges when they collide. They create a riptide that’s stronger than your average wave - way stronger than what you’ve probably experienced at the beach with regular waves. - There have been a handful of cases where people got caught in the cross sea, but, thankfully and luckily, they managed to get out safely. - These square waves have become somewhat famous over time given that there’s really no other place in the world that boasts a cross sea like this one. - The Boiling Lake on the Island of Dominica is one body of water you’ll definitely want to stay away from. From high heat to strong gas emissions, there are plenty of reasons to stay out of The Boiling Lake. - You’ll probably want to steer clear of the town of West End on Grand Bahama Island. This deadly beach is known for being one of the most shark-infested beaches in the world. - While the south and west coasts of Barbados are ideal for swimming and snorkeling, the east and north beaches have incredibly strong tides that can be quite treacherous. - Condado Beach in Puerto Rico is a desirable destination in the city of San Juan. However, the beach’s mighty waves and powerful current make this a very dangerous place to go swimming. Swimming with Sea Turtles: Beautiful Surprises Underwater

01:24
Swimming with Sea Turtles: Beautiful Surprises Underwater Up close footage of some divers swimming near a loggerhead sea turtle in the Atlantic. The loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta), or loggerhead, is an oceanic turtle distributed throughout the world. It is a marine reptile, belonging to the family Cheloniidae. The average loggerhead measures around 90 cm (35 in) long when fully grown, although larger specimens of up to 280 cm (110 in) have been discovered. The adult loggerhead sea turtle weighs approximately 135 kg (298 lb), with the largest specimens weighing in at more than 450 kg (1,000 lb). The skin ranges from yellow to brown in color, and the shell is typically reddish-brown. No external differences in gender are seen until the turtle becomes an adult, the most obvious difference being the adult males have thicker tails and shorter plastrons than the females. They are primarily carnivores, munching jellyfish, conchs, crabs, and even fish, but will eat seaweed and sargassum occasionally. Mature females will often return, sometimes over thousands of miles, to the beach where they hatched to lay their eggs. Worldwide population numbers are unknown, but scientists studying nesting populations are seeing marked decreases despite endangered species protections. Sea Turtles (HD) | JONATHAN BIRD'S BLUE WORLD

12:37
In Malaysia there is an island known for more sea turtles than virtually anywhere on Earth. Jonathan visits this amazing ecosystem to learn about the life cycle of sea turtles. He is surprised to discover an amazingly complex and competitive environment. This is an HD upload of a previously released segment. ********************************************************************** If you like Jonathan Bird's Blue World, don't forget to subscribe! You can join us on Facebook! https://www.facebook.com/BlueWorldTV Twitter https://twitter.com/BlueWorld_TV Instagram @blueworldtv Web: http://www.blueworldTV.com ********************************************************************** We head out towards the reefs of Sipadan island. This island is so small that you can walk all the way around it on the beach in an hour. Yet, it has a huge population of sea turtles. As the school of fish swims away, I spot my first sea turtle—a Green sea turtle swimming over the reef. It wasn’t hard because they’re everywhere. Some are swimming around, while others are napping on and in the reef. Sea turtles actually sleep underwater while holding their breath. A sea turtle can easily hold its breath over an hour! A few hundred feet away, I find a Hawksbill sea turtle munching on the reef. She is plucking out tasty sponges and invertebrates that hide in the coral, rather than eat the coral itself. It takes a tough stomach to digest this stuff. As we circle the island, I can see the tracks left in the sand by females that have climbed the beach to lay their eggs. It all starts when a male, identified by his long tail, catches up with a cooperative female and courts her. From the surface, I see the action and I prepare to film it. The mating has begun, and I quietly approach to film the action. Mating is not easy for the female sea turtle. She must swim—and rise to breathe—for both of them. The male's long tail holds the female and fertilizes the eggs, while claws on his front flippers give him the ability to grasp the female's shell. The commotion doesn't go unnoticed by other males in the area. They flock to the mating pair, which have drifted away from the reef. Eventually, no less than four additional male turtles arrive to challenge the suitor. They all try the same techniques and it is starting to wear him down. Meanwhile the female is near exhaustion. The male is only struggling to hold on….the female is struggling to survive. Hours later, the male has outlasted his rivals. He fertilizes the female's eggs and with luck his genes will continue on. As if her job weren't hard enough already, the female now faces another tremendous task--to lay the eggs—but it must wait until nightfall. After the sun sets, I head to the beach in total darkness. The females come ashore and lay their eggs in the sand. I have found a turtle hauling herself out of the water, painstakingly clawing her way up the beach to high ground. Although sea turtles live their entire lives in the ocean, they lay their eggs in a nest on the beach. After the sea turtle reaches an area well above the high tide line, she begins to throw sand around to create a pit. She's out of her element and vulnerable. The slightest sound or light would frighten her back into the water. She must stop frequently to catch her breath. Her crushing weight on land literally asphyxiates her. She begins to dig a hole about 3 feet deep with her rear flippers. The hole doesn't just protect the eggs from predators. The sex of the baby turtles is a function of the incubation temperature. A shallow nest baking in the sun will be too warm and all the babies will be female. A deep one will be too cold and the babies will all be male. Digging to the right depth insures a good mix of males and females. At last she begins to lay as many as 100 squishy eggs about the size of ping pong balls into the nest. In 2 months, these eggs will hatch and the baby turtles will emerge. After she has finished laying her eggs, she carefully fills in the hole. Then she cleverly disguises the exact location of the nest by flinging some sand around. After two hours of effort, she plods her way laboriously back to the sea, completely exhausted. Two months later, newly hatched sea turtles race to the sea. Each baby turtle must rush past a gauntlet of predators from land, sky and sea to reach the open ocean. Odds are, only one of these baby sea turtles will survive. On their journey, the sea turtles must fight their way through the surf, swim across the shallows and then make their way to the open ocean, away from predators on the reef. They won’t return to their home on the reef until they are large enough to be safe—about the size of a dinner plate. It’s a long and perilous journey but if this sea turtle survives, it may go on to live over a hundred years.

8 Fastest Swimming Sea Creatures

12:04
See the world's 8 fastest swimming sea creatures & other fish at top speed such as the blue marlin, yellowfin tuna, sharks, dolphins, and whales. Subscribe for the latest videos: https://goo.gl/7xzjzR Number 8: Yellowfin tuna The yellowfin tuna is a species of tuna that usually lives in tropical and subtropical oceans worldwide, and is generally found in deep offshore waters. It’s one of the larger species of tuna, reaching weights over 400 lb, but is smaller than the Pacific and Atlantic bluefin tunas, which can grow up 1000 lb. Number 7 The Pilot whale Pilot whales are closely related to dolphins, and they exhibit advanced intelligence and social skills. There are two species of pilot whales: shortfinned and long-finned. Although they are not distinguishable at sea, there are some differences between the two. Long-finned pilot whales prefer slightly cooler waters, and are divided into populations found in the Southern Ocean and the North Atlantic Ocean or the Mediterranean Sea. The short-finned pilot whales live in temperate and tropical waters, and they are found in the Indian, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Both feed primarily on squid, octopus, cuttlefish and other fish like Atlantic cod, Atlantic herring, and Atlantic mackerel. Number 6 The Mako Shark Mako sharks, also known as blue pointers or bonito sharks, may be found in waters all over the world. They are adapt to survive in cold water, but inhabit all temperate waters, with larger concentrations in the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian oceans — and also in the Mediterranean and Red Sea. Both short-fin and long-fin mako sharks are fast swimmers, but the short-fin mako shark is on record as the fastest-swimming shark, reaching up to 46 MPH 46 mph when executing bursts of speed. This occurs when they are hunting or when they feel threatened. Short-fin mako sharks measure an average 10 feet in length and weighs anywhere from 100 to 300 pounds. Number 5 Bonefish Bonefish usually live in tropical and subtropical shallow waters, and can be found throughout the Caribbean Sea, from Hawaii to Peru, to San Francisco Bay in the Pacific. They have an elongated body, with silver skin and dusky, yellow, pectoral fins. They can weigh up to 19 lb and grow up to 35 in long. Number 4 Barracuda Barracudas are snake-looking-like fish that live in saltwater, in tropical and subtropical oceans worldwide, ranging from the Atlantic Ocean, to the Red Sea and Caribbean Sea. They usually swim near the top of the water and near coral reefs and sea grasses. Number 3 Dolphinfish The dolphinfish, also known as mahi-mahi, is found in off-shore temperate, tropical and subtropical waters worldwide. It has a compressed body with a single long-based dorsal fin which extends from the head almost to the tail. Its skin is vividly colored with bright blues and greens and golden on the sides and back. The mahi-mahi is easy to recognize by its iridescent blue pectoral fins. Its name, mahi-mahi, comes from Hawaiian word mahi which means very strong. Specimens can reach up to 3.2 ft in length and weigh an average 29 lb. They have a lifespan of maximum five years, but they rarely exceed four. Mahi-mahi are among the fastest animal in the ocean, reaching up to 57.5 mph while swimming. Number 2 Swordfish The swordfish is recognizable by its long, sword-like bill, and its elongated body. It is usually found in tropical and temperate waters of the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans, and usually swim near the surface of the water, to a depth of 1,800 ft. Swordfish usually reach an average 9.8 ft in length, with a reported maximum of 14.9 ft. Despite being a large fish and weighing up to 1,430 lb, members of this species may reach a swimming speed of up to 60 mph. They use their speed and agility in water in order to catch the prey and injure it with their bill, in order to make for an easier catch. They feed on other fish such as herring, silver hake, barracudas, rockfish, mackerel or lanternfish, but might also take crustaceans, squid or fish. Number 1 Blue marlin/Billfish The blue marlin is member of a group of predatory fish that live in all oceans, in temperate waters, and although there is a superficial resemblance to the swordfish, they are from different families. The species is also characterized by prominent spear-like snouts, or bills, as the name may suggest. Another distinctive feature is a long rigid dorsal fin, which can extend to form a crest. Some specimens are known for being longer than 13 ft and can weigh up to 1800 lb. However, the blue marlin is best known for being the fastest fish known to man. It can grow up to 7 ft in length and weigh approximately 260 pounds, with an average speed of about 68 miles per hour. Also known as Billfish, they usually swim in at the surface of the ocean, sticking to the top levels of the water.

If You See This While Swimming, Get Out Of the Water Right Away!

14:20
How to Stay Safe While Swimming. Swimming is a great way to stay fit and healthy, plus it’s quite relaxing, no wonder so many people enjoy it. But most people would never dream that some encounters with ocean inhabitants can turn out to be fatal. You should know that even the prettiest and smallest creatures dwelling in the seas and oceans can seriously harm you. And while some of them leave you hurting from nasty bites, others can kill you outright. In this video, you'll get acquainted with the 10 deadliest water inhabitants. TIMESTAMPS Stingray 1:52 Lionfish 3:16 Flower Urchin 4:08 Indonesian Needlefish 5:12 Electric Eel 6:05 Barracuda 6:43 Blue-Ringed Octopus 7:36 Reef Stonefish 8:51 Textile Cone Snail 10:37 Box Jellyfish 12:30 Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY -Stingrays live in tropical and subtropical waters that are shallow and warm. There have been cases where people died after an unfortunate encounter with this fish. -Lionfish can be spotted in both the South Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. They have numerous needle-sharp pelvic, dorsal, and anal fins - which all contain venom. -Urchins have venom in their triangular-shaped arms. That venom causes convulsions, spasms of the smooth muscle, paralysis, shock, and death. -Indonesian needlefish resemble daggers and swim near the surface of the water. Their long sharp jaws turn needlefish into 3-ft-long spears. There have been cases where people happened to be in the way of these creatures. -Electric eels live in the Amazon and Orinoco Rivers. These unusual fish can deliver a huge 600-volt electrical discharge. Such a voltage can easily result in heart failure in humans. -Barracudas live in tropical waters, deep oceans, along continental shelves, or close to coral reefs. They aren't venomous, but the real danger is their scary sharp teeth. -Blue-ringed octopuses live in coral reefs and tide pools in the Indian and Pacific Ocean. The most dangerous thing about the bite of the blue-ringed octopus is that it’s practically painless. Victims start to suspect that something is wrong only when they start to suffocate and become paralyzed. -Reef stonefish are the most venomous fish on our planet. It's super easy to step on this fish. Stonefish have a row of spines along their back. If they feel threatened, they extend these spines and use them to deliver their venom. -The textile cone snail is at the top of the list of the most dangerous creatures in the world. One drop of the venom this snail produces can kill 20 people. -Box jellyfish are hunters. They can easily latch onto people by wrapping their slender tentacles around a person's limb or body. Since 1954, there have been almost 5,600 recorded deaths from box jellyfish attacks. Sea Lion And Dog Swim Together

00:44
ID: 1600675 MANDATORY CREDIT - Ryan Waldock A social seal has struck up an unlikely friendship with a dog after the playful pair were captured frolicking in the ocean together just metres from the shore. During a leisurely stroll at his local beach, Ryan Waldock noticed that his dog Asta, four, had become overly excited about something in the water – but he could not figure out what it was. But when the ridgeback cross decided to jump into the waves for a swim, the 35-year-old from Fremantle, Western Australia, realised an adorably curious Australian sea lion had come to say hello. Despite being two completely different species, marine skipper Ryan said the unlikely pair looked the best of friends as they happily frolicked in the clear blue water just mere inches away from each other. **Please contact [email protected] for media / licensing / broadcast usage** SUBMIT A VIDEO: https://www.catersnews.com/submit-content/ Connect with Caters: Twitter: https://twitter.com/Caters_News Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CatersTV Website: https://www.catersnews.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/caters_news/ Company Information: Caters Clips is owned and operated by Caters News Agency Ltd, an international multimedia content provider. Swimming With Dolphins & Feeding Sea Turtles at Dolphin Quest!!

11:37
We had the MOST amazing experience! We got to actually swim with dolphins. It wasn't at all like where you just stand in a line and get a quick photo--the kids actually swam in the water while dolphins swam around them! They got to touch and feed the dolphins and even play with them! Of course we stopped for a quick kissing photo. Before we got in the water, the kids learned all about whales and other sealife from their amazing instructor. She was super energetic and the kids were completely engaged in learning what she had to teach. We fed sea turtles and saw tropical fish and it was just an all around amazing day at a beautiful resort. Check them out here: https://dolphinquest.com/kahala-hotel-resort/ Thanks for watching & don't forget to give us a THUMBS UP! | Subscribe: http://bit.ly/FFPSubscribe Please subscribe to the kids' channels too! http://bit.ly/FFPSubscribe http://bit.ly/AlwaysAlyssaSubscribe http://bit.ly/SubDudeItsDavid http://bit.ly/SubTwinTime http://bit.ly/SubMichaelsMP Find pictures, updates, and more about Family Fun Pack: Facebook: http://bit.ly/FamilyFunFB Twitter: http://bit.ly/FamilyFunTwitter Instagram: http://bit.ly/FamilyFunIG Matt's Instagram: http://bit.ly/DaddyFunPackIG Matt's Twitter: http://bit.ly/DaddyFunPack Alyssa's Instagram: http://bit.ly/2dLKBE6 David's Instagram: http://bit.ly/2dsNQAm Zac's Instagram: http://bit.ly/2dL1Joc Chris' Instagram: http://bit.ly/2dL34vV Michael's Instagram: http://bit.ly/2cTen8z New videos posted daily!
