The hard part is in growing it and maintaining your vision for the brand through the hard times. It all starts with a vision, and then comes down to the products that you decide to create. There is no need to spend thousands of dollars for printing, sewing or opening up your own building to start your brand. You can start this right out of your own house, on your terms, while working or going to school. With that being said it’s important to note how products are actually made, so you have a clear understanding of manufacturing. ****How To Design Clothing**** All designs start off with a sketch, then go onto a CAD design to make the patterns, then sampling and finally making adjustments if they are needed. Adjustments will be necessary, so that is why making your own products can be expensive. An alternative route in order to start your clothing line is discussed in this video, which will help you get off the ground and create a clothing brand. From there you must market and sell your products and finally start shipping. These steps are essentially the things you will need to do in order to start and grow your clothing line. ****Resources To Help You Start**** Bella Canvas - Manufacturer of the best blank apparel: http://bit.ly/2t9Guo6 DesignCrowd- work with hundreds of thousands of graphic artists to create your next T-shirt or brand design: http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-8123096-12123856?sid=email Fiverr Design logo, business cards, branding and much more for as little as $5 dollars: http://tracking.fiverr.com/SH1rz Build Your eCommerce website with Shopify. Get Your Free Online Store Success Pack Here: http://www.effectiveecommerce.com/ESstarting/ Shopify: http://www.effectiveecommerce.com/Shopify/ Shopify vs. Woocommerce: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdBzrccq9uc A to Z online store: http://www.effectiveecommerce.com/product/online-store-a-z-course/ I have seen so many who start an online store and make the same mistakes over and over again. In this video, I’ll be showing you how you can prevent the same mistakes and build a better online store. Niche Down More Think of it this way, if you would sell it to one person, who that one seller be? Once you have carefully thought about that person, design your entire site and user experience around that person. On a bigger picture, if you would create a tribe, those who would love your product, think about who they would be. Create a Polarization When you are creating a product, you want some people to love it, and some people to hate it. You Need To Be Unique Think what makes your company so special. Why would someone want to buy from you? It actually could be something as simple as your personality.     Don’t Cheap Out It is very hard to create a business without any money, if you don’t have any money, go get a job and start saving. Don’t cheap out on this, I highly recommend going to Shopify when you’re starting an online store.

How To Find Logo Design Ideas

12:51
Graphic Design Resources: https://goo.gl/kUXMpU How To Find Logo Design Ideas: Hello everyone, welcome back, many of you asked me, how to find logo design ideas, it was really a hard question to answer, because I can’t teach you creativity, but there is some methods that help you get creative and come up with great logo design concepts. So today, I am going to walk you through the process of designing a logo, but I will concentrate on the thinking behind the design part. Generating Logo Design Ideas: In order to generate great logo design ideas, you have to put in the time into the thinking behind the design, it’s a whole process, if you follow it, you will be in good position to come up with good ideas, that works as great solution for the client’s problem. Creative Brief: To start the thinking process, you have to collect every information needed of your client, and this can easily done by creating a creative brief, It’s a simple document you send to your client, that ask thoughtful questions about the client and his business, in order to gather specific information about the project, and to define your client’s expectations. Analyze brief, discover & research business competitors and target audience. Mindmapping: After sending the creative brief documentto the client, he will respond with the information needed. The company name is Royal Veggies Transport. The client wanted something elegant and classy, at the same time the logo needs to reflect the veggies aspect. To achieve that, we will use the logo’s main keywords to extract some unexpected ideas, that is what we call mind mapping. Mind mapping is the creation of a visual representation of the words related to the main topic, then finding other associations to these words, in order to generate creative logo ideas. Words Association: After The mind mapping phase, I make separated lists, each main word with its associations. then I take off the words that I find inconvenient to the project, then I make some combinations of three words, one word from each list, so I can get some unexpected ideas for the logo . Sketching Saul Bass said, Design is thinking made visual. So after all the thinking and the research process it’s time transform that into a visual. So, these are the combinations of the word that I extracted from the Mind Mapping and the word Associations. To attend the right solution for your logo, you have to execute all the combinations, then you filter them and the stronger survive. I will walk you through the execution of one combination, which is, Carrot, Crown, Wings. Putting in mind all the information that I collected before, I will start by sketching. It doesn’t require being precise when sketching, it’s only about capturing the essence of the idea. In fact, anyone can draw, as I showed you before in the mood board I collected some Images, I will use it as reference, if you don’t know how to draw a carrot, look at a photo of a carrot, and try to do the same thing with simpler form. The Logistics Internet Explained, with Jeremy Rifkin

04:18
Economic theorist and author Jeremy Rifkin explains his concept of The Logistics Internet. Rifkin's latest book is The Zero Marginal Cost Society: The Internet of Things, the Collaborative Commons, and the Eclipse of Capitalism (http://goo.gl/4estV2). Don't miss new Big Think videos! Subscribe by clicking here: http://goo.gl/CPTsV5 Transcript: The communication Internet is something that's ubiquitous. We're using it 24 hours a day. All of us have our cell phones and our desktop computers and we're generating information in the form of audio, video and text and we're sharing it with friends, we're sharing it with the world in a communication network that's designed to be distributive, collaborative and that favors peer-to-peer production. Now that communication Internet is converging with this very nascent energy Internet where we're now able to generate our own green electricity distributed, collaborative, peer-to-peer and share it with the help of the communication Internet. We create an energy Internet, a transmission line has become an Internet. And now the third component, we are just beginning to see the first glimpse of an automated transport and logistics Internet and then the whole package is complete. Right now logistics is a pretty inefficient business. If you take a look across the United States like other countries and you look at a truck on the road, sometimes those trucks are empty; they're deadheading back. They've taken their cargo and then there's nothing on the trip back or they only have 20 or 30 percent of that truck filled. Right now our logistics system is not coordinated into a network. There are thousands of warehouses and distribution centers. But every company usually has only five or ten of these warehouses somewhere in the country. So they have to take their trains or their trucks all the way to where their handful of centers are. But what would happen if all the thousands of warehouses and distribution centers, privately owned, came together in a cooperative network? So if you're General Electric or Walmart or whoever or a small prosumer, a small to medium-size company, you would have access to any one of those warehouses when they have surplus space and you could move your transport only where you needed it in real time instead of going to a few centralized warehouses across 3000 miles. But to do that you'd have to have common protocols where everything is standardized so you could get your packages through in the same containers with radio recognition technology like Federal Express has so you know where your freight is and your package at any given moment on a supply chain. And then we're now starting to move towards driverless vehicles. They'll be in mass production within five to ten years everywhere according to the six major auto companies. And so we'll be able to have a transport system where we power vehicles from energy from our energy Internet and we'll power our electric vehicles and fuel-cell cars, trucks and buses powered by hydrogen, all of that from our energy Internet at near zero marginal cost to transport it. That's already here in parts of Europe. We now have electric vehicles, fuel-cell vehicles powered with energy that's near zero marginal costs. In a few years they'll be driverless reducing the cost even further. And so this transport and logistics Internet is connecting with the energy Internet and the communication Internet, which provides the data, one system. It is a game changer. It is one of the great technology revolutions in history. It's going to change our entire way of life every single person. What it's mainly means is it's the democratization of everything. This means millions of people and soon billions of people they're not going to have to rely on the goodwill of a handful of globally integrated large vertically integrated companies for the main stuff of life. We've now freed ourselves with information to near zero marginal cost. Millions of us are producing and sharing with each other and we now have the first early adopters that are now producing their own green electricity at near zero marginal cost, millions of them already and we're just starting to see a transport and logistics Internet that could get us to near zero marginal cost. This is the democratization of everything and it's going to change the economic model. Directed/Produced by Jonathan Fowler and Dillon Fitton

2017 Audi Q5 - PRODUCTION

07:59
San José Chiapa, Mexico - CAR FACTORY Audi is further expanding its worldwide production network and thus continuing along its path of global growth. This Friday, the Audi Board of Management opened the company’s first automobile plant on the North American continent. Starting now, the brand with the Four Rings will produce the new generation of the Audi Q5* for the world market in San José Chiapa in Mexico’s federal state of Puebla. The plant has an annual production capacity of approximately 150,000 premium SUVs. By the end of the year, a total of 4,200 jobs will be created locally at Audi México. AUDI AG is the first premium automobile manufacturer with product facilities in Mexico. “The plant in Mexico is a milestone in the history of our company and an important step in our internationalization. It is one of the most modern factories on the American continent. With this facility, we have established an important site for the export of our automobiles to customers all over the world,” stated Prof. Rupert Stadler, Chairman of the Board of Management of AUDI AG. The country has twelve free-trade agreements with more than 50 countries and therefore offers ideal economic conditions. Mexico is a powerhouse for automobiles and automotive components. Together with his Board of Management colleagues Prof. Dr. Hubert Waltl (Production and Logistics and also Chairman of the Board of Audi México), Prof. h.c. Thomas Sigi (Human Resources) and Dr. Bernd Martens (Procurement), as well as the Governor of the State of Puebla Rafael Moreno Valle, and Mayor of San José Chiapa Josué Martínez Santos, Stadler gave the signal for the official start of production of the new Audi Q5. “For us, this plant is more than a financial investment of over one billion euros. Above all, it is a commitment to the site and to the people who, together with us, have managed this great achievement,” continued Stadler. “Our plant in Mexico is a prime example of the Audi Smart Factory. The facility is the first that we have put into operation completely virtually, that is, in a computer simulation,” stated Audi’s Board of Management Member for Production Waltl. We have optimized the entire process chain and put the plant into operation 30 percent faster than is usual.” That was a record in the automobile industry. Audi has applied state-of-the-art technology in the factory planning. The plant first took shape in great detail in virtual space, where factory planners from various sites were able to work on the plant structure simultaneously. As a result, Audi was able to set up a complete car plant with a press shop, body shop, paint shop and assembly line on an area of 400 hectares (988acres) in the record time of just three and a half years. Ultramodern plant equipment and highly efficient logistics allow an annual production volume of 150,000 Audi Q5 vehicles. Thanks to various water treatment methods and the application of new technologies in the paint shop, the plant will be free of wastewater. New equipment will significantly reduce water, gas and electricity consumption and facilitate resource-efficient production. A supplier park has been established immediately adjacent to the park. Seven suppliers and logistics providers have started operations there in time for the start of production of the Audi Q5. The JIS park (just in sequence) guarantees short distances from the suppliers’ buildings to the assembly line and allows punctual delivery of components for the premium SUV. At the start of production, Audi is sourcing more than 70 percent of the parts from the NAFTA region and plans to increase this proportion of localization over the long term. In total, more than 100 companies already supply parts for the Audi Q5 from sites in Mexico. In line with its social responsibility, the company also supports the people in the region. Audi México has so far taken more than 3,300 local employees on board. Audi prepares its employees for their future tasks with tailored training courses at a new training center. Approximately 5,300 training courses have already been carried out. In addition, Audi has provided advance training at its sites in Germany to more than 750 Mexican employees, who were assisted by experienced mentors. Audi México offers diverse entry possibilities to young talented people, such as the system of dual training with approximately 80 apprenticeships each year, the internship program, the EMA scholarship program (Estudiantes Mexicanos en Alemania) and the new Programa de Especialistas, a qualifications program for career starters and job applicants with initial career experience. interior New 2016 2018 line Plant manufacturing car factory "SUBSCRIBE NOW"

( http://www.TFLtruck.com ) Everyday tens of thousands of cars move across the United States. Some are new, some are used and some are even damaged. This is a job done by an army of truckers that transport cars. The Future of Decision-Making: 3 Startup Opportunities

29:18
As organizations continue their digital transformations, the way they make decisions changes. In particular, organizations are: - Pushing decision- making further down in the organization, empowering everyone in an organization to make decisions rather than waiting for decisions to “flow down from headquarters”. - Making smarter decisions using relevant, timely insight based on actual data, rather than relying on top-down strategy or static rules or experience or gut instinct. - Making more decisions, including automating some decisions altogether—think of Amazon continually updating prices for its products throughout the day. In this conversation, a16z Enterprise Deal Partner Jad Naous talks with Frank Chen about how decision- making is changing, and how this is creating opportunities for startups to re-tool the entire business intelligence data pipeline. To support this new style of decision- making, we need to store, analyze, and report on data in a fundamentally different way. The good news is that startups and open source projects are starting to enable this new style of decision making. We describe three categories of startup opportunities: - Providing platforms, tools, and services such as Data Bricks’ Unified Analytics Platform, Imply’s Druid, Optimizely, Instabase, Gigster and Sigopt to enable this new style of decision making - Providing “full stack” solutions for specific roles in an organization, such as sales (People.ai), marketing (ActionIQ, Cresta.ai), support (PagerDuty, Dialpad), R&D (Github), legal (Everlaw), HR and finance (Accolade), and so on - Providing “full stack” for specific industries, such as automotive (DeepMap, Applied Intuition), financial services , energy, mining (KoBold Metals), logistics (Samsara), government (OpenGov), defense (Shield.ai), retail, and technology *** The views expressed here are those of the individual AH Capital Management, L.L.C. HOW IT'S MADE Mercedes-Benz Battery Production Plant Assembly Line

14:00
HOW IT'S MADE Mercedes-Benz Battery Production plant Kamenz, Saxony Daimler starts the construction phase for a second battery factory at their subsidiary ACCUMOTIVE's site in Kamenz, taking a further consequent step towards electromobility. With an investment of about 500 million euros, the site in Kamenz will be one of the biggest and most modern battery factories in Europe. ►THANKS for taking the time to visit, I hope you SUBSCRIBE ► http://bit.ly/12ULPud ►my YouTube Car Channel and enjoy the upcoming videos !! For the official groundbreaking, Prof. Dr. Thomas Weber (Member of the Board of Management of Daimler AG, Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development), Markus Schäfer (Member of the Divisional Board of Mercedes-Benz Cars, Production and Supply Chain Management) and Frank Blome (CEO Deutsche ACCUMOTIVE GmbH & Co. KG) met with Stanislaw Tillich (Minister President of the Free State of Saxony and President of the German Bundesrat) and other representatives from politics and economy. "By 2025, our passenger car product portfolio will contain more than ten fully electric vehicles. At the same time, we are continuously pushing our plug-in-hybrid offensive and the introduction of 48-volt-systems. Highly efficient battery systems are an important aspect of our strategy. They are an integral part of the vehicle architecture and not a ready-made product. The development, production and integration of those complex systems into our vehicles is one of our core competences", stated Weber. Today, the company already has a variety of electrified vehicles on the market and the product portfolio is set to grow continuously. At "Mondial de l'Automobile 2016" in Paris, Mercedes-Benz presented its new product brand for electromobility, EQ. It offers a comprehensive electromobile ecosystem consisting of products, services, technologies and innovations. Forerunner of the new brand is the "EQ"-Showcar that celebrated its world premiere in Paris. Series production of the EQ with a range of up to 500 kilometers will start within this decade in the SUV segment. A model offensive will follow subsequently, complementing the portfolio of Mercedes-Benz Cars with electrified models. ACCUMOTIVE will deliver the batteries for the first EQ production model. Minister President Tillich emphasized: "The investment is a strong sign of trust in the Saxon location here in the Upper Lausatia. This brings us a great deal closer to our goal of getting the traditional Saxon automotive industry ready for the era of electromobility. Electromobility or stationary energy storage – both segments have a great potential for the future." He also referred to the already existing competence in the Free State, since the battery research alliance of the Fraunhofer society contains four institutes from Saxony. The new production facility is planned to start operations in the middle of 2018. The area of about 20 hectares is located in immediate proximity of the existing battery factory in Kamenz, about 50 kilometers from Dresden. With the construction of the second facility, the production and logistics area will be quadrupled to about 80,000 square meters. ACCUMOTIVE will gradually increase the number of employees in the coming years. The workforce will double by the end of this decade. "Already in 2012, we started the battery production for vehicles of the brands Mercedes-Benz and smart in Kamenz. For about a year now, we have additionally been producing stationary energy storages. Thanks to the know-how and motivation of our employees we have qualified for a further development step, becoming the competence center for worldwide battery production", said Blome, who will be responsible for the global battery production compound. "In our new factory in Kamenz, we pursue a holistic approach starting sustainability already in our production processes." The new plant will be constructed as a CO2-neutral factory. Production facilities will be powered by a cogeneration unit and a photovoltaic system combined with stationary energy storage systems. Solar modules with the surface of two football fields will be installed on the rooftop of the new production building. This equals a capacity of 2 megawatts. The new battery factory will also be benchmark for Industry 4.0 with most modern facilities and technologies ►Google +: https://plus.google.com/101792401712738693835/ ►Facebook: http://facebook.com/gommeblog ►Twitter: https://twitter.com/gommeblog ►Website: http://www.gommeblog.it ------ BEST GOMMEBLOG VIDEOS ------ 1 - RECORD NURBURGRING Kawasaki: https://goo.gl/QOhCfw 2 - Crash Test Car IIHS: https://goo.gl/vqaUpr 3 - Bentley Factory HOW IT'S MADE the W12 Engine: https://goo.gl/zYxX7p 4 - VETTEL TEST DRIVE FERRARI FXX K: https://goo.gl/i5M1Vk amg review exhaust
1970s GENERAL MOTORS RAILROAD LOGISTICS / SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT 74672

15:08
Support Our Channel : https://www.patreon.com/PeriscopeFilm Made in the 1970s, this General Motors corporate film explains some of the supply chain management challenges faced by the company, and the work undertaken to make the delivery of automobiles more efficient and damage-free. The film was made in the wake of a series of complaints by dealers and customers about damage in transit -- either by bad handling on railroads or trucking. GM's new "Logistics Operations" division was tasked with delivering cars as quickly as possible to dealers with a minimum of damage. In March 1970 GM sent a "unit train" from Chicago cross-country, in an experiment designed to see if a non-stop transcontinental delivery would be successful. The result was very positive and led to GM implementing a host of new policies related to non-stop rail delivery of automobiles. The film features images of the Vega starting at 5:00 minutes, with images of the automobiles delivered in a vertical position or "Vertipak", and computerized rail car tracing (seen at 7:30 minutes) designed to track automobiles in shipment via Teledyne computers and IBM punch card computers. Both railroads and automakers wanted to eliminate theft and damage from vandalism and weather, thus reducing shipping costs. They also wanted to increase the number of vehicles carried per rail car for the same reason. Toward that end, in 1968 General Motors and the Southern Pacific Railroad jointly began work on development of a radical new rail car designed to carry the Chevrolet Vega, a new compact car being developed by GM. Known as "Vert-A-Pac", the rail cars would hold 30 Vegas in a vertical, nose-down position, versus 18 in normal tri-level autoracks. Each Vega was fitted with four removable, cast-steel sockets inserted into the undercarriage that locked into the hooks on the bottom-hinged doors that made up the car side. The prototype car, SP 618000 was turned out in December, 1968 and tested through 1969. Chevrolet conducted vibration and low-speed crash tests to make sure nose-down Vegas wouldn't shift or be damaged in railcar collisions. Chevrolet's goal was to deliver Vegas topped with fluids and ready to drive to the dealership. To do this Vega engineers had to design a special engine oil baffle to prevent oil from entering the No. 1 cylinder, batteries had filler caps located high up on the rear edge of the case to prevent acid spilling, the carburetor float bowl had a special tube that drained gasoline into the vapor canister during shipment, and the windshield washer bottle stood at a 45 degree angle. Plastic spacers were wedged in beside the powertrain to prevent damage to engine and transmission mounts. The wedges were removed when cars were unloaded. The rail car doors were opened and closed by means of a forklift truck. The first production Vert-A-Pacs entered service in April, 1970, the last ones in January, 1973. Besides Southern Pacific, the B&O, BN, D&RGW, FEC, IC, L&N, MILW, MP, PC (MDT), RI, SCL, SLSF and Southern Railway operated Vert-A-Pacs. All were withdrawn from service at the end of the 1977 Vega model year and were reracked with conventional tri-level racks. Another joint General Motors-Southern Pacific automobile rail car was the Stac-Pac. It was designed to carry 12 high end Oldsmobile, Buick, and Cadillac models in four removable fully enclosed tri-level containers per 89-foot flat car. The first production Stac-Pac cars entered service in October, 1971. Beside SP and its Cotton Belt subsidiary (SSW), Stac-Pac flat cars were contributed to the pool by the Santa Fe and Trailer Train, with the containers being supplied by ATSF, BN, D&RGW, FEC, MILW, PC (MDT), RI, Southern, SP, SSW, UP, and by General Motors itself. All of the cars and containers were withdrawn from service at the end of the 1976 model year. The name of the company is derived from the German word, Luft 'air' and Hansa, the Hanseatic League. Lufthansa is one of the five founding members of Star Alliance, the world's largest airline alliance, formed in 1997. Besides its own services, and owning subsidiary passenger airlines Austrian Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, Brussels Airlines, and Eurowings including Germanwings (referred to in English by Lufthansa as its Passenger Airline Group), Deutsche Lufthansa AG owns several aviation-related companies, such as Lufthansa Technik, as part of the Lufthansa Group. In total, the group has over 600 aircraft, making it one of the largest airline fleets in the world. Lufthansa's registered office and corporate headquarters are in Cologne. The main operations base, called Lufthansa Aviation Center, is at Lufthansa's primary hub at Frankfurt Airport, and its secondary hub is at Munich Airport. The Airbus A320 family consists of short- to medium-range, narrow-body, commercial passenger twin-engine jet airliners manufactured by Airbus. The family includes the A318, A319, A320 and A321, as well as the ACJ business jet. The A320s are also named A320ceo (current engine option) after the introduction of the A320neo (new engine option). Final assembly of the family takes place in Toulouse, France, and Hamburg, Germany. A plant in Tianjin, China, has also been producing aircraft for Chinese airlines since 2009, while a final assembly facility in Mobile, Alabama, United States, delivered its first A321 in April 2016. The aircraft family can accommodate up to 236 passengers and has a range of 3,100 to 12,000 km (1,700 to 6,500 nmi), depending on model. The first member of the A320 family—the A320—was launched in March 1984, first flew on 22 February 1987, and was first delivered in March 1988 to launch customer Air France. The family was extended to include the A321 (first delivered 1994), the A319 (1996), and the A318 (2003). The A320 family pioneered the use of digital fly-by-wire flight control systems, as well as side-stick controls, in commercial aircraft. There has been a continuous improvement process since introduction. As of 31 March 2018, a total of 8,074 Airbus A320-family aircraft have been delivered, of which 7,722 are in service. In addition, another 6,083 airliners are on firm order. It ranked as the world's fastest-selling jet airliner family according to records from 2005 to 2007, and as the best-selling single-generation aircraft programme. The A320 family has proved popular with airlines including low-cost carriers such as EasyJet, which purchased A319s and A320s to replace its 737 fleet. As of December 2017, American Airlines was the largest operator of the Airbus A320 family aircraft, operating 392 aircraft. The aircraft family competes directly with the 737 and has competed with the 717, 757, and the MD-80/MD-90.

Diaspora Hustle: Kenyan transport entrepreneurs riding high in U.S.

The trucking industry is touted as the lifeblood of the U.S. economy. Nearly 70% of all the freight tonnage moved in the U.S. goes on trucks. In 2012, trucks moved 13.8 million tons of cargo. This is the opportunity that four Kenyan saw and decided to scramble for a share of this pie. Patrick caught up with them and tells their story Citizen TV is Kenya's leading television station commanding an audience reach of over 60% and in its over 12 years of existence as a pioneer brand for the Royal Media Services (RMS), it has set footprints across the country leaving no region uncovered. And now we can settle the dispute once and for all whether I look convincingly like a girl. LYRICS: ------------ It was just another day when I walked in to Bar 9 // Sat down and got talking to a girl I spied, she fine like Aphrodite // I said "Hi! I'm Dave, what's your name?" She said "I'm Diana-Jane but you can call me DJ" Hyped up this girl seemed keen, I got talking more // She was a Gemini and liked water Sports and Craft Work and retro video games // "Like the SNES?" "Hell Yes, forget these Hi Tek specs, 16 bit that's the golden age!" // Yo, Things were going great, I ordered a drink so we could continue to conjugate // "I'll have a Max Martini - and you DJ?" // "I'll have a wine, a Red One please Dave" We Sat at a table, the waiter came "What you hungry for DJ?" // "Fresh Food is fine, I dunno just Feed Me" "OK, let's get a dish of the day and I'll Tek One of the same" The food came and we ate , "wait, waiter - what's this?" "What's wrong sir?" "These fries are cold, I'd expect hot chips and they're not Chrispy // and The Bloody Beetroots are out of place in this dish, and what's this, see // it looks like an infected mushroom it's sick!" "So no tip" and we left quick. So we went with Plan B, booked another date, figured logistics and then she said "Wait, my Moby's ringing - Hello? - My Ex is on the line" "Are you still-?" "No, he just left stuff at mine" "Um, Okay" I Xilently sighed with relief, she said "I've just gotta drop it off at his some time" Then the night was fine and then we said our goodbyes The date came, she called; but she was that sick she cancelled Well I didn't wanna waste the night, I took the chance and // Went to the club, with my mates Joe and Mike, Joe said "Mike Shi', no damn hot girls in sight - Mike, Why is that? "'cause all these chicks is fat... boy // slim pickings tonight." Joe agreed with that, then asked "Mike // Skin a sig, ma cravings are starting // I need a Fix" "ok, sure" and out the door they darted // Just then I heard some girls, They Stormed in, on a hen night // running like headless chicks and gettin with every man in sight // One came over, a thin bitch // a Skinny Puppy, and Though I'm not one to judge, jewels coloured a gold-y green aren't pretty, but she // started shouting in my ear, noisier than the Sub Focusing hard so I could hear over the sound of the club Things quickly turned intense, she asked me to Bang Her "Are you even 18?" "Well, uh- Nero Enough, man" "What?!" "I'm joking, here's my ID" I said "This has clearly been doctored" read on "Oh god, This is DJ!" - This is not good "For Real girl, I've had enough" "Ah you're such a bore, gonna spice things up" She downed her cup, dipped low, and started grinding her Benny Benassi on my hips // The Friction was insane, Then her friend took a photo, I was framed! this was Ludacris // "Please, just go away, miss" // She finally heard me over the Noise, stormed off to find another boy. I got out of there fast, but on the way back // I heard a skream outside somebody's flat // This place was dangerous 'cause it was late, an Owl City // But wait- that sounds like my lucky date, is she-? Yeah, there was DJ's Shadow, So I started chasing shadows and found a man making bare noize, shouting loud // It was her ex Fella with her, I stopped dead // He faced up to her Square, push her back to the billboard behind her then said "You'll live by my rules when you're in my house; If you take my cheese you'll be a dead mouse!" She said "I won't be cheated on and beaten Rob, you're just a weak man compensating for your lil' Jon" "WHAT?!" He went to hit her again, with Evol Intent, // but I, in defence mode, stepped in to protect // I got up in his grill, expecting a New Fight DJ Called out, but I said "Chill, I got this Joker, alright?" "Rob, S'why are you hitting girls, what is this? Don't get pushy Rob, or now who are you, Chris brown?" "Stay out of my business" // He launched this Massive Attack // I ducked my head under so it missed "Rob, two can play at that game" I raised my anger fist and hit him but landing the punch made me ache on my wrist. But he flinched, so I aimed a strong hit high, contrasting it with a swift kick to the thigh Swiped his legs out, KO, when he fell base over aphex Twinging on guilt, I checked his pulse, but he was just at rest I said "Why don't you catch up on some Zed's? Deadbeat guys like you deserve the curb as a bed" DJ's incredible gaze was amazed, "my ex is insane" "Yeah I thought mine are bad, but he's a different case of crazy" "Hey wait, is that Katy?" then her friend appeared with haste, after hearing the fray, she saw YouTube won't let me put any more, but it's on the screen.

Meeting The Tiege Team | Tiege Hanley VLOG 0018 | Starting A Business & Building A Brand

10:20
Meeting The Tiege Team - 018 The team is at StyleCon 2016, and they are taking a moment to introduce themselves. They touch on who they are, why they got into men’s skin care, and why they’re passionate about this market. As you learn about them, you will also learn how timing has been key throughout the Tiege Hanley journey! First up is Kelley... Kelley is interested in having guys understand that it’s important to take care of themselves, including skin care. He says that skin care is really important, and men start too late. Further he states that men spend a lot of money on skin care when they don’t know (1) what they should be buying, (2) how often to use it, or (3) what the stuff does. Kelley speaks about how it’s hard for men to even know what they’re getting with all of the product that is out there, and trial-and-error can get very expensive. Kelley’s background is marketing and understanding how shoppers shop and feel. He has a passion for where the American male is in today’s environment. He says that the timing of Tiege Hanley is impeccable, noting the partners proficiencies: Rob with the tech background and business savvy, Kelley with a great understanding of marketing and the male segmentation, and Aaron with his knowledge of skin care and the best overall sense of this business. Next up is Rob... Rob says that his research in men’s skin care was prompted from seeing wrinkles appear. When looking at men’s skin care, it was so complicated and expensive that he didn’t know where to even start! He adds that he didn’t have the luxury of having someone like Aaron who knew what was going on. Rob’s background is in the high-tech software business. He worked for the same company for 25 years, which started with favorable timing. When he left that company, he worked for Motorola and Google. He started doing part-time things after that, which is when he joined forces with Kelley and started researching the skin care market. They ran into Aaron thereafter, and the rest is history. Again, it’s all about timing! Last, but not least, Aaron... Aaron is a self proclaimed 'skin care products slut’. He’s tried almost everything that’s on the market, and it’s been frustrating. He’s been wanting to get into skin care because he hasn’t been 'serviced as a guy who wants to take care of his skin'. He says men in today’s environment have lost their identity. He discusses how too much information is out there, and as a result, a lot of guys are lost, don’t know where they fit, or don't where they need to fit. In regard to the company, Aaron says that Tiege Hanley is the first time that he has worked with ‘business men’ where everyone is ‘walking the walk’ while having fun. He states the logistics of starting the business is tough, however. Timing Is Everything The Tiege Hanley team says they’d love to tell everyone about their products, but they are still working through aspects and can’t divulge too much. When the timing is right, Tiege Hanley will 'get it out there and hit it hard!' They emphasize that Tiege Hanley will be successful because the partners are the customers too! They understand what is needed to create a better product. Tiege Hanley is also listening to the viewers, which is outside of the scope and realm of other companies. The team thanks the viewers for their amazing feedback and comments. http://www.tiege.com

Do NOT Dropship High Ticket Products ($600 Profit Per Sale?!) Truth About High Ticket Dropshipping

13:00
Discover the truth about dropshipping high-ticket items as a beginner. ►► Free Ebook - 6 Steps to 6-Figure Stores: https://wholesaleted.com/4-step ►► Premium Step-By-Step Dropshipping Course: https://thedropshipclub.com ***OTHER LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS VIDEO*** ►► 10 Sales Psychology Hacks: https://youtu.be/q-7_oc3sU5Y ►► Do Not Dropship These Items: https://youtu.be/afaknQqkiAw ►► How Much Money Do You Need to Dropship: https://youtu.be/21P5uL7NCDU QUESTION: What does the phrase “high ticket” and “low ticket” mean? The phrases “high ticket” and “low ticket” refer to the prices of the items you are selling. A “low ticket” item would be a low-cost item like a mug. A high-ticket item would be a couch that costs hundreds to thousands of dollars. So a high ticket Shopify dropshipping store might be a furniture store where you sell things like couches, tables and chairs. QUESTION: Why would you choose to build a high ticket dropshipping store? The reason why a lot of people are excited at the idea of this is because you can earn a lot of money from just a single sale. If you make a 30% profit from a $10 sale of a mug, then that is only $3 in profit. Whereas, if you sold a $1,000 couch and made a 30% profit margin, then you would make $300. In theory, it should be easiest to sell a single large item versus a lot of smaller items. QUESTION: Is it easier to make money from a high ticket dropshipping store? Our opinion is that for most beginners, they will struggle to make money from selling high ticket items compared to low ticket products. Why? Well it’s because there is a very different mentality of a customer when they come to purchase an expensive product versus a cheaper one. When customers come to purchase expensive items like couches, they do not take those purchases lightly. Spending $1,000 on an item like a couch is a large purchase, and so customers will research their options before they purchase to purchase the best couch. Another reason why customers will take a lot of time to research their options is because expensive items like couches tend to be big and bulky. Thus if a customer is looking to purchase one, they will be very analytical in their purchase, as they will need to consider both the logistics of receiving the couch, and in getting rid of their old one. It is also very difficult to refund and exchange large, bulky items like this, so customers will be researching their options carefully do that they don’t pick the wrong one. It would also be very expensive and frustrating to purchase a different couch if they didn’t like the first one (let alone the annoyance in having to get rid of the one they didn’t like). So they’ll be researching all of their options carefully to make the right choice the first time. Because customers will be researching their options, it means that you’ll now be competing with big brands and stores. For example, if you opened a furniture Shopify store, you’d now be competing against brands like IKEA, Pottery Barn and Ashley Homestore that will show up when customers start to Google and search for their different options. To be able to compete with these big brands, you will need to: #1: Build up enormous trust between you and the potential customer High ticket purchases are a big deal for customers. They will want to be able to trust that they can trust you’ll be selling them a high quaity product, and that it will be delivered to them. Big brands like IKEA already have that trust built up with customers already. #2: You will need to send the customer through a sales funnel. A simple, basic Shopify store is not going to be enough. You are going to have to create a much slicker looking store and have an excellent, well writen and designed sales page. You’ll also need to provide a phone number, and be prepared to close sales over the phone. You will also need to have a LOT of start-up money set aside as you’ll need to be able to buy these items when customer purchase them. Whereas, with low ticket dropshipping, you are selling items that cost $15 or less. They are so cheap that a significant group of customers purchase them impulsively, and they don’t do a search to price-check the competition because they think they think the item you’re selling is such a good deal already. This form of dropshipping also requires less start-up money. For these reasons, we recommend that unless beginners have a mentor to guide them through the process of setting a store like this up and running one, that they stick to lower cost products.

The Minority Mindset has nothing to do with the way you look or what kind of family you're from. It's a mindset. Give the majority $200 and they will come back with a pair of shoes. Give the minority $200 they will come back with $2,000. Think from the mindset of a consumer and be the provider, that's the Minority Mindset. Don't be the majority. #FTM #ThinkMinority Snapchat @M2JaspreetSingh Personal Instagram: @M2JaspreetSingh Instagram: http://www.Instagram.com/MinorityMindset Facebook: http://www.Facebook.com/MinorityMindset http://www.TheMinorityMindset.com This Video: https://youtu.be/QSjLXLYg_Zw Channel: https://www.youtube.com/MinorityMindset Based in Detroit. #Punjab Jaspreet Singh
