GOOD & BAD hamster cages

04:05
Please note that I am in no way trying to bash the “bad” cages. I am only trying to inform hamster owners on which cages should be used for hamsters. Remember that just because something is sold for hamster’s doesn’t mean it’s okay to use it, and most of the small hamster cage creators are only in it for money hence the reason many of the small cages are full of color and are fun looking, so it can draw children in to buy them. If you cannot afford/provide a proper hamster cage, maybe a hamster is not the right pet for you. Remember owning a pet requires lots responsibility, one of those responsibilities is to provide them with the proper care. Please be kind to other hamster owners in the comments, rude comments telling them their cage is too small will not help, but instead suggest different large cage options and why they should upgrade! 👍🏼 WHY SMALL CAGES ARE BAD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfH8TgOknFI subscribe! http://bit.ly/2k1RpM4 HAMSTER CARE VIDEOS🐹 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5ek95JfO-xwyzAFrmOT9lLHvLKogyzEr RABBIT VIDEOS🐰 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5ek95JfO-xwLVgm-esUywohOl-Ofjqm- FOLLOW ME ON: Twitter: https://twitter.com/VictoriaRaechel Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/victoriaraechel/ --------- On my channel you can find Pet care, Tutorials, hauls, cute pet videos & more! 🐹 I try to put out new videos every week so make sure to subscribe so you never miss a video! The slick YAML-based configuration by file, in Magnolia 5.4

21:37
This talk was given by Mikael Geljic, Magnolia, at Magnolia Conference 2015 in Basel, Switzerland. With Magnolia, it is easy to forget configuration changes you make in the tree. When you forget to export them into XML and check into version control, they are not part of the software development lifecycle and get lost. This talk will show how we rethought configuration for Magnolia 5.4, and how we made it easier and more transparent. We now enable developers to provide configuration by file, from their module or webapp, while also allowing them to see every definition that is registered in the system, whether it comes from files, JCR or code. This allows for better teamwork and smoother developer workflow, resulting in more agile deployment. How To Get A XML Product File From CJ Affiliate

01:15
http://www.wpallimport.com/ This tutorial video will show you how to get an XML file of affiliate products from CJ Affiliate, formerly Commission Junction. Getting this XML file will allow you to automatically import the affiliate products into WordPress and build product pages using WP All Import and a plugin like Woo Commerce. You can also just use a standard WordPress page to display your affiliate products. Using this process can get your store up and running with hundreds or even thousands of products in just a few minutes. A process that would have otherwise taken you hours to setup manually. Since these are affiliate products from CJ Affiliate, you do not have to stock any products. Your links would just forward to the affiliate's website and you earn a commission if the customer purchases anything.

Amazon ASIN Lookup - Run Lookup Tutorial

02:21
Amazon ASIN Lookup Tool: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amazon-asin-lookup/gnlneachndkfmekddpmfdggabbgckjpd In this tutorial, I'll show you how to run a lookup, step by step: - Start by selecting the range with the ID’s that want to lookup. There's two important points to remember here: * One: although you can select multiple columns with variant data, the first column of the selection must be the identifier one. * Two: the amount of ID's selected cannot exceed your quota allowed, depending on your version and ID type - see “Quota Table” for details. - Open the main sidebar by going to “Add-ons/Amazon ASIN Lookup/Open”. - Select the ID type that you're providing, like ASIN, UPC, EAN etc. One note here: the UPC has always 12 digits while the EAN 13. Often they are mixed together, so verify what's the accurate type when selecting between those two. - Select the Amazon’s marketplace where you want to pull the data from. Note that your selection will only work on marketplaces that you are allowed to sell. - If your selected data includes the header(s) in the first row, select the "Has Headers" checkbox. If not, leave it blank. - Often, Amazon has multiple matches for a single ID, like multiple ASIN’s with the same UPC. If you want to get all the matching results, select the "Return Multiple" checkbox, but if you want to keep it simple, leave it blank to get the first match only. - Click on the "Fields To Return" button. Here you can select or deselect the fields that you want to get back. Those fields are grouped into three types for best clarity. Please note: you can select all the fields if you like, but as a rule, I recommend selecting only those you need. That will make the lookup faster and help you focus on the info you need. - Once ready, click the "RUN" button and the lookup will begin! Note: it may take up to 90 seconds, depending on the amount of ID's and fields selected. - Once finished, a new sheet will be created with the result data. For best clarity, the headers are colored and grouped by the type of info.

How to Use Configuration Management For Continuous Delivery Of Software

30:33
As described in the video on isolating customers from your changes, there are typically a minimum of three environments into which software can be deployed. There are configuration settings used by your application, service, or product with software that need to change depending on the environment. These are called environment-specific configuration settings, and this video describes an approach for managing their values. You may have configuration settings in several files like the web.config (.NET), database.yml (rails), or .json files (nodejs) as examples. The settings in these files that are specific to an environment need to be set appropriately whenever your product and its components are deployed. Though there are utilities and tools often available that will set these appropriately for each type of file, this makes deployment more complicated since there is still duplication. The same database connection may exist in multiple files that all need to access the same database, but are for a different technology for example. Rather than using these technology-specific approaches, a more efficient method that will help your team be more agile is to centralize all environment specific configuration in one master file or list. Then you need to use some script or technology that can read those settings and overwrite the values in the source code or configuration files once deployed to an environment to the correct setting. The more configuration settings your application has, the more important it is that you create automated tests to verify that they work properly. One of the most costly ways to deliver software is to have an extremely flexible set of configurations and not have an automated way to test all of the combinations. The time spent manually testing this is much less than the investment necessary to build out the automation - and will pay you back time and again in time to market with future changes. In this AWS ElasticSearch tutorial you will learn all what you need about Amazon Elasticsearch, how to use elasticsearch, basic elasticsearch commands and more. What is Elasticsearch Elasticsearch is a free open-source analytic and search engine which can be used for searching our own logs, monitoring them and more. What is AWS Elasticsearch / AWS ES AWS Elasticsearch is a service which makes it easy to deploy and use Elasticsearch in the cloud, by using it in AWS it will be easier to cluster and scale, it can be used also for monitoring your nodes and have multiple configuration. After creating your AWS ES you will have the options to uploaded your data files to be analyzed and indexed by AWS ES. The AWS ES upload can be done using: Index or Bulk API using coding options to accomplish this. (index details , bulk details) Loading bulk using logstash. (For details check here) Stream CloudWatch logs to AWS Elasticsearch. (Documentation) Use third party plugins, which some will give you options to bulk copy, streaming or load from AWS S3. (Ex.: Amazon S3 River plugin for ES) Using CURL And everyday more solutions are coming...... How to create AWS Elasticsearch First you need to create a cluster in the AWS Cloud and that will be your Elasticsearch domain, as any of the other AWS similar services you will be able to choose the number of instances in this domain and their hardware type, for creating your Elasticsearch you can use AWS CLI, AWS SDK or the ES console. What are the steps of creating your first AWS Elasticsearch? You create the domain from AWS ES console. Configure and attach the policy you will use. Configure and/or upload the files/data will be analyzed by AWS Elasticsearch Now you can use your AWS ES domain for searching and analyzing the uploaded data Above video tutorial showing how to create and use AWS Elasticsearch as a quick start Elasticsearch Basic Commands: https://goo.gl/04rGBA AWS Elasticsearch vs CloudSearch: https://goo.gl/zfVOU6 Elasticsearch is an open-source search engine which can be installed manually on your node or you can create a domain on the cloud by using AWS Elasticsearch, below are basic Elasticsearch commands which you can run from any Linux server which has an open access to the Elasticsearch node: #1 Check your Elasticsearch cluster health: (replace below bold/colored Elasticsearch node with your AWS node or localhost if you are running it from your direct installed instance) _cat/health?v -- This parameter which used to inquiry the health of the node. curl 'search-dotsways-fwtnmygdotwtsy2wvmumradkqa.us-east-1.es.amazonaws.com/_cat/health?v' Sample output: epoch timestamp cluster status node.total node.data shards pri relo init unassign pending_tasks max_task_wait_time active_shards_percent 1492895570 14:12:50 513643930529:dotsways green 2 2 42 21 0 0 0 0 -- 100.0% #2 List AWS Elasticsearch nodes _cat/nodes?v -- Is used to list the Elasticsearch nodes curl 'replace-with-your-node-name/_cat/nodes?v' Sample output: ip heap.percent ram.percent cpu load_1m load_5m load_15m node.role master name x.x.x.x 14 98 2 0.03 0.10 0.13 mdi -- bcqocrw x.x.x.x 14 97 2 0.06 0.11 0.11 mdi * WDBCOid #3 Create new index /usersz/external/1 -- Usersz is the name of the new index we want to create. ?pretty -- Is used to have a clean output in separate likes. Amazon ASIN Lookup - Quota Table Tutorial

01:11
Amazon ASIN Lookup Tool: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amazon-asin-lookup/gnlneachndkfmekddpmfdggabbgckjpd In this tutorial I'll explain the "Quota Table": The Quota Table page is made from two tables, one shows the quota limits for the free trial version, and the second for the Premium one. In the trial version you have 20 free “lookups”, that is 20 times to run and get the results from Amazon. For every lookup you can select up to five ID’s. Additionally, in this version, you cannot use the “Keyword” feature for a lookup. In the Premium version you have unlimited “lookups”, so you can run it as many times as you like. You can also select large amount of ID’s per lookup. The amount is still limited - as per Amazon’s self API limitations - depending on the type of ID: ASIN’s: up to 300 All other ID’s beside Keywords: if the “Return Multiple” checkbox is selected, up to 150. If not, up to 300. “Keywords”, that means any string of words, like product descriptions or part numbers: up to 25 at a time. It’s also recommended to wait a minute or two between calls when the “Keyword” ID type is selected.

Drupal 8 Day: Managing CSS, JavaScript in Drupal 8 with Libraries

01:01:24
In this Drupal 8 video we cover how to create and control libraries from a Drupal theme. This video was recorded during http://Drupal8Day.com. Find more great Drupal training by visiting https://OSTraining.com/drupal-training This session was presented by David Hernandez. Drupal 8 revolutionizes the theming experience with many significant improvements to make theming easier, and give themers the flexibility and control they've never had before. One of those major improvements is to the library management system, which controls the attaching of CSS and JavaScript files. In this session we will cover how to create and control libraries from a theme. This will include SMACSS categorization for CSS files, dependencies, how to conditionally attach libraries, manipulating libraries that come from anywhere in a site (core, modules, or base themes,) and targeting individual files for removal or replacement. All this without needing a single line of PHP.

DrupalCon Vienna 2017: Lessons Learned from Building a Large Multilingual Site in Drupal 8

51:12
With a core initiative focused on improving support for multiple languages in Drupal, Drupal 8 offers much more out of the box for building multilingual sites. It is much more powerful and offers greater flexibility than Drupal 7, and all without the need for the i18n contrib module! Having recently launched a website with 13 distinct languages across 4 different regions, this session will take you from the basics of configuring your content to be multilingual through to making it localised in different regions and the various pitfalls encountered and lessons learned along the way. The session will touch on the following areas: Configuring your languages and language negotiation Translating nodes and taxonomy terms The joys and pains of translating paragraphs Translating menus and user interface strings Regionalisation (aka localisation) Translation of views and other configuration, and why your module needs a schema.yml file Varnish, SEO, redirects and more finicky bits  Attendees should be proficient at Drupal site-building, familiar with content types, views, etc. Familiarity with multilingual in Drupal 7 not required, but might be helpful.

CppCon 2017: Rian Quinn “A Test a Day Keeps Your Manager Away!”

01:00:36
http://CppCon.org — Presentation Slides, PDFs, Source Code and other presenter materials are available at: https://github.com/CppCon/CppCon2017 — This session will present how to leverage C++'s diverse set of analysis tools with existing Continuous Integration services to increase a project's quality continuously over time. In additional, we will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using these tools using real world open source examples. Those interested in Continuous Integration or learning new ways to increase the quality of their code will enjoy this presentation. Continuous Integration (CI) is the act of continuously integrating small changes to a code base. The goal is to identify integration issues prior to making a change, ensuring a project's quality over time. Thanks to virtualization, today we have many services that provide automated continuous integration that support C++ including Travis CI and AppVeyor on Windows, Linux and MacOS. Typically CI is used to compile and sometimes execute automated tests to ensure a change to a project doesn't result in a compilation issue, or regression. C++ is however is a diverse, rich environment with numerous analysis tools available to C++ developers. These tools can be integrated into these CI services to provide automated analysis of any change being made to a project prior to it's acceptance to ensure the highest possible quality of the project. During this session we will step through an open source project designed to demonstrate how to integrate different C++ analysis tools into your CI services. These tools include static analysis (Clang Tidy, Coverity Scan, Codeacy and CppCheck), dynamic analysis (Valgrind and Google's Sanitizers), source formatting (Astyle and Clang Format), documentation (Doxygen), code coverage (Codecov, Coveralls, and LLVM's Software-based Code Coverage), cross platform tests (Windows, Cygwin, Linux, and macOS), compiler tests (GCC, Clang, and Visual Studio) and finally C++ libraries designed to assist in reliability and automated testing (Catch, Hippomocks and the Guideline Support Library). In addition we will openly discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using various analysis tools, how to integrate these tools into existing projects (both large and small) as well as common problems encountered while using these tools autonomously in a CI environment. — Rian Quinn: AIS, Inc., Senior Engineer Dr. Rian Quinn is a Senior Principal Investigator in the Trusted Information Systems Group at Assured Information Security, Inc. were he has focused on trusted computing and hypervisor related technologies for nearly 10 years. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering with specializations in Information Assurance and Computer Architectures from Binghamton University. He is a lead developer and co-founder of the Bareflank Hypervisor, and is an active member of several open source projects including OpenXT. Specialties: computer architectures, virtualization, operating systems, kernel programming, cyber security, and open source. — Videos Filmed & Edited by Bash Films: http://www.BashFilms.com

Speakers: populist mbyrnes The Drupal 8 Configuration Management Initiative (CMI) is a straight up game changer for Drupal development and deployment. As much as we all love doing it live, no longer will this kind of human powered configuration replay in production be necessary. Instead, developers will be able to natively export their configuration to code and deploy that configuration to production using the CMI tools.

GitLab Enterprise Edition Premium Live Demo

55:47
GitLab Enterprise Edition Premium Live Demo, October 11, 2017 A brief summary: ================= 4:03 End-to-end SDLC Platform: GitLab covers all aspects of software development, from idea through problem definition, plan, coding, review, release and measurements. 4:30 Hello World: Describing the task of changing the page's background. 5:38 Mattermost chat: Discuss the task, create an issue 7:30 GitLab web Interface: Here you see the new issue, assign it, set up a milestone, due date, attach labels and weights. 10:58 Issue Board: The issues from the developer's perspective. This is a Kanban board. Look at the new issue and move it to Doing. 12:57 Issue page / CI-CD environment: Checking whether the work is being done in the correct environment. 13:14 Creating a Merge Request (MR): The merge request is created directly from the issue (note "WIP" in the title), together with the branch with the same name as the MR 15:21 CI/CD and Review Apps: A review app is essentially a virtual machine running in a container with the code of the current branch. 16:45 Start coding: Normally we would use an IDE, but for such small changes we use the GitLab web IF. We switch to the branch, make the changes and commit. 18:00 CI pipelines: We see how the CI pipeline progresses through all the stages: build, test, review, cleanup. 19:30 .gitlab-ci.yml: Here is the CI configuration. 21:00 Environments: We look at the review environment and see the result of the run. 22:00 Return to the chat: The developer tells the product owner that the change is ready for his review. She adds a hyperlink to the review environment so that the PO can see that the program acts as expected. 22:35 Back to the MR: The PO can add his comment, look at the code and the pipelines. 24:15 Discussion of MR approvals: That allows you to define that only certain users, like a team manager or a product manager have the right to approve the MR. 24:55 Switch back to the MR on the developer's level Remove "WIP" and merge the code to master 25:25 Canary deployment: Deployment to a small number of users, so that in case of a problem it can be rolled back 28:25 Monitoring: Real-time metrics: CPU utilization, memory usage 28:55 Cycle Analytics: How much time did it take to go through each stage. Other statistics, incl. burn-down charts 32:30 Summing up: Going again through the stages in the SDLC diagram 35:53 Detailed SDLC diagram (see below): Divided into three areas: version control, automation and metrics Any questions about GitLab?
